EERO SAARINEN WOMB CHAIR
An early production model of the iconic ‘The Womb Chair’, for Knoll International by Finnish/American design heavyweight Eero Saarinen. The black legs and feet are a giveaway that this particular example dates to the Mid 20th Century.
It was imported from California by the original owner and has now been reupholstered in a quality Warwick Amatheon range wool blend. It is a stunning aquamarine fabric with a lovely blue / green hue. The original fabric has been kept for the provenance.
