LEATHER & WOOL ARMCHAIR

British c1960s. A beautiful, one of a kind mid century Parker Knoll armchair recovered in an incredible soft pale grey leather with quality contrasting Warwick wool seat and backrest. The complete reverse side is covered in the striking leather! The chair has been professionally recovered by our upholster as a personal project. He has been in the trade for over 40 years and the attention to detail on this piece is impeccable down to the leather piping across the front cushion. The solid wood frame is freshly stained and the original sprung seat is still fully intact. Maker stamp to the underside.

Measures 66cm wide x 81cm high x 83cm deep.

For reference the fabric is a 100% woollen tartan called ‘Seaglass’ from the the Eltham range of Warwick fabrics. The chair comes with attached fire safety certificate
