Danish, c1960s. A highy sought after solid teak coffee table with floating rattan magazine shelf set on brass rod supports with tapering legs. Made by the Danish mid century heavyweight producer France & Son. To the underside is the maker label which dates this piece to the mid/late 60s as well as the debossed logo stamp with ‘Made in Denmark’.
Measures; 147cm long x 40cm high x 54 cm wide
In good restored condition via a hand sand, danish oil and polish although there is still a slightly darker area to the top surface. The rattan shelf also has a few very small snags. Please see photos, priced accordingly.
