‘BAMBINO’ ARMCHAIR
British c1950s. Stunning Mid Century armchair by renowned British furniture designer Howard Keith. This example is complete with 'HK' label plus serial number and very unusually comes in it's original, very good condition fabric.
This was in the same family since new and was recently acquired from the son of the original owner. He told us the family had it as a hall chair which may explain why it has stood the test of time so well. He also confirmed the fabric is original and never been changed.
Measures; 65cm Wide X 92cm High X 76cm Deep
In excellent condition. The frame & legs are sturdy and have had a light sand & finish to bring out the grain of the wood. There is a small amount of fraying to the underside of the seat cushion as can be seen in the photos but that is all. The springs are all still very strong.
