HEAL’s Light OAK TALLBOY
A stunning early 20th Century tallboy chest of drawers attributed to Heal’s. This piece is made from quality solid oak with dovetail jointed drawers front and back. The 3 graduating drawers sit below a cupboard section that has an internal shelf. While this piece does not have the Heal’s ivorine label it is very much a typical Heals design. I have collected many similar Heals pieces over the years and the handles on this piece are 100% identical to other labelled Heals pieces.

This piece is in excellent condition having been hand refinished. the ageing varnish has been removed and a natural pale oak finish retained with multiple coats of beeswax. The top has a minor split at the back.
