GREAVES & THOMAS “ RONDO” CHAIR

A truly stunning and exceptionally rare mid-century "Rondo" chair by quality British maker, Greaves & Thomas. Strong Danish design influences, so much so that this chair is commonly misattributed to Scandinavian heavyweight designer Nanna Ditzel. In it's original oatmeal wool fabrix which is in incredibly good condition. The chair sits on elegant angled legs with brass detail to the feet.
The chair dates to exactly 1960 and has been traced to a Greaves & Thomas catalogue, an image of which can be supplied to the buyer.

In excellent condition thoughout. The chair is sturdy on its legs and solid. As mentioned, the fabric is immaculate and free from stains or splits.
