MID CENTURY chest of drawers
British, c1960s. This is a seriously cool & unique piece of quality retro design which we believe is highly likely to be a one-off item.
The graduating solid oak drawers have quality dovetail joints, a stunning grain pattern & contrasting inset handles made from solid teak. The main carcass is finished in teak and the feature oak legs give the drawers an overall striking aesthetic.
Measures 71cm wide x 88cm high x 50.5cm deep.
It has been delicately refinished by hand with a light hand sand so as to retain it’s wonderful character. The ageing varnish has been removed and followed up with multiple coats of Danish oil and then polished.
